Why Olso Court RTM Limited Company?

The RTM was founded in March 2026, in response to notice from the freeholder for them to take over management of the building.

The aims of the RTM are:

​

  • Long-term strategic stewardship, management and preservation of the architectural heritage of our Grade II listed building

​

  • Good quality maintenance with long term repair and replacement plans and for the  care and upkeep of the building

​

  • To foster the long term vitality of the Oslo Court community of leaseholders, residents and concierges

We aim to achieve these goals by

​​

  • Listening to wishes and comments from our members

​

  • Understanding of the building and long term planning

​

  • Professional long-term partners to provide maintainence, planned long-term repairs and security for the building

​

  • Fair and good quality service contracts​

We are a group of Leaseholders who have voluntarily joined the board of the Oslo Court RTM (Right to Manage) company.

 

We will oversee the initial setup and management of the building until the AGM, representing the interests of all members of the company.
